Thank you for registering to the PREIS SCHOOL COURSE on the “LATEST IN ASSISTED REPRODUCTION & PREGNANCY MAINTENANCE” - Thursday 26 November, 2020

Please find below the instructions on how to connect to the meeting:

Before to start:

  • Please make sure your internet connection is stable, It is advisable to connect via Lan. Alternatively, we suggest to staying close to the Wi-Fi router / repetitor.

How to connect from your computer / laptop or tablet:

  • Click on the following link to access the on-line platform: https://portalapp.mcaevents.eventsair.com/VirtualAttendeePortal/preis-school-26-november/event-portal  
  • Insert your email address and the APP PIN which you will soon receive by email.

How to navigate the on-line portal:

  • After having logged in for the first time, your personal profile details will be displayed in a window called EVENT CHECK-IN. Feel free to update them, otherwise just scroll down the dialog window till the end an save.
  • Once the event check-in is completed, you will access the Event timeline. 


If you wish to connect from your smartphone, please follow the steps below:

  • Download ZOOM Cloud Meetings from your App Store / Google Play
  • Once opened the APP click on Join a Meeting
  • Insert the meeting ID: 875 9697 6935 for the morning session or ID: 884 7384 9953 for the afternoon and then your username, which is of your choice
  • Click on Join the meeting


Last option to join the webinar, is to do it with a phone call:

  • Once requested, please dial the ID meeting: ID: 875 9697 6935 for the morning session or ID: 884 7384 9953 for the afternoon


The webinar will take place on November 26th, 2020 at 9.00am CET time and it will be launched by the organisers. Platform will be accessible anytime before the meeting.
