Please find below the instructions on how to connect to the meeting:

Before to start:
  • Please make sure your internet connection is stable, It is advisable to connect via Lan. Alternatively, we suggest to staying close to the Wi-Fi router / repetitor.

How to connect from your computer / laptop:
  • Click on the following link to join the webinar: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89673518047
  • A dialog window will appear on top of the web page, click on Open Zoom
  • Insert your email address (preferabily the same you used to register) and your username, which is of your choice.
  • Click on Join the meeting


 If you wish to connect from your smartphone, please follow the steps below:

  • Download ZOOM Cloud Meetings from your App Store / Google Play
  • Once opened the APP click on Join a Meeting
  • Insert the meeting ID: ID: 896 7351 8047 and your username, which is of your choice
  • Click on Join the meeting


Last option to join the webinar, is to do it with a phone call:

  • Once requested, please dial the ID meeting: ID: 896 7351 8047 


The webinar will take place on May 11th, 2020 at 4.00pm CEST time and it will be launched by the organisers. You will be able to connect earlier and to wait for the opening. A white window with the meeting details (date & time) will authomatically appear until the meeting will be launched. 

You will soon receive a confirmation email summarizing the above instructions.
