All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing to MCA Events Srl (registration@europerinatal.eu)

• Full refund will be made for cancellation requests received 6 months before the planned event date, handling fee (€ 50) will not be refunded
• 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellation requests received 3 months before the planned event date
• After the above-mentioned deadlines, no registrations can be claimed for cancellation

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the event.

All refunds for credit card payments will be made on the card that was used for payment of registration
