Otkazna politika

Sva otkazivanja u vezi sa kotizacijom moraju se dostaviti u pisanoj formi MCA Events Srl (registration@jenscongress.eu) i Bon Voyage (congresses@bonvoyage.co.rs)

– Kompletan povraćaj novca primenjivaće se za sve otkaze primljene 6 meseci pre početka kongresa, osim administrativnih troškova (50 €) koje zadržava MCA i (20 €) koje zadržava Bon Voyage
– 50% ukupne naknade biće refundirano za otkaze primljene 3 meseca pre početka kongresa
– Nakon gore navedenih rokova, registracije se ne mogu tražiti za otkazivanje

Svi odobreni povraćaji će biti obrađeni i izdati 90 dana nakon Kongresa.

Svi povraćaji sredstava za plaćanje kreditnom karticom biće izvršeni na karticu koja je korišćena za plaćanje registracije
