Cancellation Policy

All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing to MCA Events SRL (registration@newbornbrainconference.com)

  • Full refund will be made for cancellations received 3 months before the conference, handling fee of $50,00 will not be reimbursed
  • After the above-mentioned deadlines, no reimbursement can be claimed for cancellation

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 30 days after the conference.

Please note that a transaction fee might be deducted by the participant's bank when issuing wire transfer payment (especially those with a different currency).

All participants are then advised to check beforehand with their respective banks about these transfer fees, and must therefore be added manually on top of the required registration payment.
